Meta Consciousness Analysis Coaching (MCAC)
A 3-Month Journey Through the Six Gateways
Discover the Wisdom of Your Body’s Patterns
A trauma-informed journey to understand symptoms, behaviours, and your true potential through the Six Gateways.
This Is Your Invitation
That quiet, persistent knowing that there is more to health and healing than protocols, supplements, or surface-level analysis.
That frustration when you witness patterns repeating in yourself or your clients, despite your best efforts.
That deep call to understand what is really happening beneath symptoms, behaviours, and diagnoses.
You are not alone. And you are right: there is more.
The body is not broken.
Behaviours are not flaws.
They are intelligent adaptations, ways your system has evolved to protect you when life felt overwhelming. This is true whether you are neurodivergent, gender-diverse, living with chronic illness, or supporting others in their healing. Every body carries wisdom, even when it has not been listened to or honoured in mainstream spaces.
Through a trauma lens, nothing is random. Symptoms and patterns are purposeful. They are the body’s way of expressing what could not yet be spoken, an ancient survival wisdom that has carried you until now.
The question is no longer what is wrong with me? but what is my body showing me?
This journey is about understanding that purpose and learning how to move from survival into truly living the life you were born to live.
The Six Gateways
Meta Consciousness Analysis Coaching (MCAC) is not a list of techniques. It is a lived journey through six Gateways, each inviting you to see yourself and others with new clarity.
- Through the Gateway of Awakening, you begin with yourself, noticing how your body whispers and where safety lives in your system.
- In the Gateway of Embracing the Process, you step into the precision of the body–brain map, where every symptom has its place and meaning.
- The Gateway of Mapping the Body and Shadows reveals trauma responses not as flaws but as intelligent survival strategies with purpose.
- The Gateway of Descent and Discovery invites you to explore the underworld of the unconscious and begin shaping your own Soul-ution Plan.
- In the Gateway of Constellations of Trauma and Body, you learn to integrate psychological and somatic constellations with compassion.
- Finally, the Gateway of The Return Home opens the path of embodied leadership, where you align with the deeper purpose of who you were born to be.
The Soul-ution Plan
At the heart of this journey is the Soul-ution Plan, a living map that helps you make sense of your own adaptations and supports you in guiding others.
It is both personal and practical: a way of understanding your patterns, reclaiming choice, and charting a path into alignment with your life’s deeper purpose.
This wheel shows the six Gateways and twelve Elements of the journey. Each step deepens your understanding until you arrive at your personalised Soul-ution Plan, your compass for healing, integration, and transformation.
What Makes This Different
This programme is not prescriptive. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all models. Each person is approached as a unique ecosystem with their own biology, emotions, patterns, and story.
Instead of being told what to think or do, you will learn how to explore and map your own system. You become the master of exploration, guided by curiosity and supported by tools that allow you to see meaning where once there was confusion.
This is not about applying a protocol. It is about discovering the wisdom of your body and behaviours and learning how to support yourself and others from that place of understanding.
What You Will Gain
By the end of the MCAC journey you will:
- Understand the biological and emotional purpose behind symptoms and behaviours
- Recognise trauma responses as intelligent adaptations rather than flaws or failings
- See how brain, body, and biography are always connected in health and dis-ease
- Create your own Soul-ution Plan, a personalised map to guide both your healing and the way you support others
- Build the capacity to hold safe, compassionate space without burnout or rescue
- Gain confidence in navigating health challenges with clarity and compassion
- Leave with tools and practices you can return to again and again to sustain resilience and growth

FAQ
How long is the programme?
The MCAC runs over 12 weeks, with two live training days per week (Thursdays and Fridays, 2–8pm BST/GMT). Recordings are available for lifetime access, and there are integration practices and community support between sessions.
Do I need to be a practitioner to join?
No. This training welcomes both practitioners and individuals. Practitioners often join to deepen their clinical work. Individuals join to understand their own body’s messages and bring healing into daily life. Both paths are held in the same safe space.
Is this suitable if I am neurodivergent or part of the LGBTQ+ community?
Yes. This programme honours all ways of experiencing, adapting, and expressing. Neurodivergence and diverse identities are not treated as problems to fix but as meaningful expressions of adaptation and resilience. The small group format ensures safety and belonging.
What is the Meta Intro, and why is it required?
What if I have no prior trauma training?
No prior trauma training is required. We begin by creating safety in your own system and build step by step. What matters most is curiosity and a willingness to reflect with honesty and compassion.
How big are the groups?
We work in small, intimate groups. This ensures that every voice is heard, every question is welcome, and the safety of the space is never compromised.
